How long will it take for the product to be delivered to me?
Normally products are delivered in about 3-5 days. You can choose standard or express delivery. Gelato.print is responsible for the safe and professional delivery of the product according to your order and wishes.

How can I track the progress of my order?
We will send you a tracking code to your email, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment's delivery.
Do the products have a right of return?
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, HannaartByHanna offers a 14-day right of return for products, but in addition to that, Gelato.print gives its products an additional time, i.e. a total of 30 days for a return or refund, if you are not satisfied with the product or want to exchange it. By doing this, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with our service in all situations.
What material are Art Posters made of?
The paper for the art posters is museum-quality, matte-surfaced, high-quality thick paper (250 g/m2), whose manufacturing method takes into account a long life cycle and excellent quality.
The frames are made of pine or ash. They are sturdy, conventional wooden frames intended for high-quality hanging of posters. The poster is protected by high-quality plastic plexiglass.
The photos taken from the original works are at least 300 dpi, so the quality of the images in the posters is excellent.
How are wooden prints made?
The wood prints are made of high-quality birch wood with FSC certification. These prints are perfect for showcasing the wonderful grains and textures of wood, as well as adding a rustic and natural feel.
The wooden blocks have clean sides at the edges and the images are printed on the image area in full dimensions. Wood prints are available in both thin (approx. 10 mm/ 0.4") and thick (approx. 20 mm / 0.79") options, depending on the product.
The base of the wood print is not painted white, so the color of the work naturally comes out. A suspension kit is also included, which may vary depending on the country of delivery.
Are the mugs high quality and durable?
As a rule, various mug options are dishwasher and microwave safe. Their manufacturer, Gelato.print, recommends hand washing if you wish, so that the mug will delight you for as many years as possible with the brightest image.
The prints are made with high quality based on expressionist Hanna Maarit Jauhiainen's original paintings.
The mugs are mailed professionally packaged so that the product arrives safely. Gelato.print will take care of the delivery according to your wishes.
What material are canvas bags made of?
The material is 100% cotton and the volume is 10 liters. The carrier straps of the bag have double stitches as reinforcement. Fabric thickness 100 - 170 g/m². Prints are at least 300 dpi.
How is the payment transaction protected?
All payments are processed through a third-party service provider, which ensures the security of the payment transaction.
Is the operation with Gelato.print ecologically and ethically sustainable?
